• Register Online: Choose your ideal treatment plan (Basic/Semaglutide or Advanced/Tirzepatide) and complete the online sign-up form, which creates a Shopify account and Medical record at the same time.
• Check Out: Complete the checkout process with your selected plan and payment
• Medical Form: Immediately after payment, fill out the health intake form linked on the “Thank You” page. The intake form opens on a new page inside our secure medical server. This takes 5-7 minutes and requires a photo ID and a selfie in regular clothing. (not beach clothes or winter coats). If you close the “Thank You” page by accident, don’t worry…the doctor will send you a reminder link to the health form in 4 hours.
• Virtual Consultation: Have a virtual consultation with one of our board-certified physicians to evaluate your weight loss goals.  Depending on your state, this could be video/audio and the physician will let you know if that is necessary or not.
• Prescription and Delivery: Upon approval, your medication will be delivered to your home. If not approved, you will receive a refund with no cancellation fees.

• Sign-up: After sign-up/payment, complete your intake form on the “Thank You For Payment” page, which is then transmitted securely to a board-certified physician in your state.
• Consultation: Fill out your weight loss goals and medical history. Many clients won’t need live audio/video, but some states require it. If your doctor confirms your treatment plan, the remote form and interaction are sufficient to complete the visit. If not, they will call you. Be sure to watch your phone/email carefully as it could be your doctor trying to contact you.
• Review: Physicians review your medical intake form within 24 hours of completion. During business hours, doctors respond as soon as possible, with 24 hours being the max review time.
• Approval: Upon approval, your prescription is processed at the pharmacy that can ship to you the fastest. If you want to override this to a local pharmacy, it is your legal right to do so
• Shipment: Your medication will be shipped, with delivery expected in 7-10 business days. If not approved for a rare medical reason, you will receive a refund without any cancellation fees.
